an event raising funds for Kinky Friedman's campaign
for governor of Texas. Local Houston act John Evans
Band will open the show and the benefit will feature a
silent auction and barbecue by Hickory Hollow until 7
p.m. Kinky will be in attendance to sign autographs
and join in the festivities.
